Unfortunately for reasons beyond anyone's control, the Royalla Country Fair has been deferred until next year.

In the mean time there will be a bonfire on Saturday 17th June, jointly run by the Royalla Country Fair Association and the Royalla Community Association.

There will be music, food and fun to be had by all.

More information to follow soon.

We've been asked by Pete Harrison (Chair Local Representation Committee, QPRC), Debbie Ferguson, (A/Manager Civic Support, QPRC) and the QPRC Communications Department to distribute the following information to encourage residents to participate in setting our future direction.

We’re a new community in Queanbeyan-Palerang, a much more diverse community that brings together new neighbours.

This is the time to talk about who we are, what our objectives are, what our differences are … what our future will be.

This discussion will help us arrive at a statement of our needs and wants that will guide the new Council – a shared vision.

Our Future is the start of that process. We want to know who you are, what you value, what you want for yourself and those around you.

We will be gathering information in a variety of ways, principally through a questionnaire and street surveys and interviews.

So please take the time to make your voice heard. Everyone from your family or household can complete their own survey.

We all have a part in creating the future we want. Your future is our future.

The survey is open until 5.00pm on Monday 27 February.

Head to http://yourvoice.qprc.nsw.gov.au/Our-future-make-it-yours to get involved.
