2017 Royalla Community Association AGM

We have a couple of openings on the Committee, including the positions of Secretary and Treasurer.   If you would like to nominate for a position or just to be a regular committee member, you can download and complete a nomination form, included with the agenda below..   You will also need to be a financial member of the Association to be on the Committee.   A copy of the membership application form is also available for download.  The current annual membership fee is $5.00.  Information about the RCA, including the constitution and object can be found at https://www.royallacommunity.com.au/royalla-community-association. 

The committee nomination and membership forms need to be completed and returned to the Secretary by COB Thursday 23rd November.

You can join as a regular member regardless of being on the committee.  We will NOT have facilities or time to join at the meeting so if you want to attend the meeting as a member, you would need to join prior to the AGM (at least 48 hours).  You can send the application form to the Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and we will have committee members nominate and second your application. We'll contact you to arrange payment. This will be via on-line payment to the RCA's bank account, with a reference that we will provide for each (for our reconciliation).
